Nov.07 - SportLand: Arsene Wenger has created an environment at Arsenal where the players don’t know what they are doing. That is the scathing opinion of former Gunner Lee Dixon after Wenger’s side were beaten 3-1 by Manchester City on Sunday. According to Express, it was Arsenal’s fourth defeat of the season after just 11 games and the pressure on long-serving Wenger has once again increased.
And Dixon, who played under Wenger, doesn’t believe the French manager is capable of solving their problems. “I honestly think they’re unfixable by Arsene,” he said on BBC Five Live. “What he’s got there, he’s created an environment that doesn’t really know what they’re doing without the ball.
“It’s quite simple. For me it’s simple when I watch them I think they can beat anybody on their day going forward.
“They can lose to anybody on their day defensively. That summed it up at the weekend against Man City.” Dixon was also critical of Wenger’s decision to press City.
