Rafael Nadal`s doctor says the Spaniard is undergoing all the treatment needed

The 31-year-old was reluctant to say whether he would be in London for the season-ending competition.

Nov.07 - SportLand: Rafael Nadal`s doctor says the Spaniard is undergoing all the treatment needed to be fit for the upcoming ATP World Tour Finals.

And at last week’s Paris Masters, Nadal was forced to withdraw from the tournament ahead of his quarter-final match against Serbian Filip Krajinovic.

According to Express, speaking after dropping out, the 31-year-old was reluctant to say whether he would be in London for the season-ending competition.

Nadal said: ”I understand the question but I can't talk about London now.  I am sad to pull out from here, it's a tournament that I know a lot of people at - it's the same people as Roland Garros.

"I feel like home here and for the relationship I have with the French Federation with everybody.

"I'm going to do my treatment, try my best to play in London but I can't talk about that now.

"It's a tough day enough as it is."

The world No1 has struggled with knee problems over the years and after a largely injury-free season, he pulled out of the Swiss Indoors last month.
